Intervention Inc. in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Community Corrections Specialist (Entry-Level) to work in our residential transitional facility.

This full-time role supports justice-involved adults reentering the community and provides paid training. You will learn facility safety, resident monitoring, documentation, and basic case-management skills while preparing for further opportunities in probation, parole, or community corrections.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor Facility Safety: Conduct routine rounds, headcounts, and building security checks.
• Track Resident Compliance: Log resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
• Enforce Accountability: Administer routine urine drug screenings (UDS) and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain Records: Complete accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Support Reentry: Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access.
