Intervention, Inc. in Henderson, CO is seeking an entry-level Criminal Justice Community Corrections Specialist to supervise and monitor clients within the criminal justice system. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality and adherence to facility rules with a swing shift and hourly pay range of $19.10–$21.96. You will conduct rounds, document activities, assist with intake and orientation, and help enforce behavioral guidelines while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service and/or security experience.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and generate reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to remain calm and deescalate crises.

Responsibilities

• Support, promote and adhere to the mission, values and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Carry out duties in accordance with policies, laws and obligations.
• Educate new clients on facility policies, rules and regulations and complete program orientation.
• Educate and train clients and staff on safety and security procedures.
• Document incidents and communications accurately and timely.
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety and monitor compliance with policies.
• Monitor client movement and ensure sign-in/sign-out procedures.
