Intervention, Inc. in Colorado is seeking an entry-level Criminal Justice Community Corrections Specialist (Male) to guide clients toward pro-social behavior and ensure staff, client, and community safety.

The position is full-time, day shift, located in Henderson, with a pay range of $19.10–$21.96 per hour plus shift differentials. Training, PSLF eligibility, and benefits are provided to support growth in the criminal justice field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service and/or security experience.
• Ability to pass background check and access state criminal databases.
• Ability to walk quickly in multi-floor buildings and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients and enforce facility rules to ensure safety.
• Prepare disciplinary and incident reports.
• Conduct rounds and monitor for proper conduct.
• Provide customer service to visitors and assist them to authorized areas.
