Job summary

Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is seeking an entry-level Program Monitor for our Boston, MA location (Coolidge House). The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a Tue-Sat schedule from 7:00am to 3:00pm and a starting hourly rate of $18–$20 with shift differential.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, security checks, urine testing and documentation, pro-social role-modeling, and attending required trainings while supporting residents and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of security experience preferred but not required.
• Must complete preemployment background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents at front desk, sign in/out, answer calls, and document in SecurManage.
• Conduct life/safety checks, nightly bed checks, bag/pat/room searches, and monitor daily details.
• Collect urine samples per schedule and document, administer alco-sensor tests, record results.
• Serve as pro-social role model and respond to resident concerns and complaints.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; perform other assigned tasks.
