Job summary

CBI Midwest in Indianapolis is seeking Entry Level Communications Associates to represent our partners through face-to-face conversations at locations across the city. You will share each campaign's message and sign up new supporters and customers, working toward team goals with daily coaching from our leadership.

You don't need prior marketing or sales experience; we value coachability, effective communication, and a drive to learn.

We're growing our team at our downtown Indianapolis office and looking for Entry Level Communications Associates who want to develop valuable skills, take on new challenges, and see the impact of their work every day.

Your Day

• Represent our partners through face-to-face conversations at locations across the Indianapolis area.
• Share each campaign's message and sign up new supporters and customers.
• Work toward clear team goals and learn how results are tracked and improved.
• Sharpen your communication skills through daily coaching led by our founders and leadership team.

The Details

• Full-time, on-site, based at our downtown Indianapolis office.
• Weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives, including commissions.
