Job summary

Tecta America New England in Bloomfield, CT is seeking commercial roofers to install, maintain and repair commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, and PVC. The role is full-time, year-round with pay starting at $22+ per hour and BOE, plus a sign-on bonus of $250–$750.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
• Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities.
• Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC under Foreman supervision.
