Job summary

Tecta America New England is hiring Commercial Roofers in Bloomfield, CT. The role entails installing, maintaining and repairing commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC) under a Foreman. Pay starts at $22+ per hour with BOE and a sign-on bonus of $250–$750.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
• Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities.
• Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, skills, training and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits and other forms of compensation
