Job summary
BBG Inc. is seeking an entry-level CRE Analyst to support commercial real estate valuation under a licensed senior appraiser. You will access proprietary databases, perform data gathering, market surveys, and help produce appraisal reports for a variety of properties.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or Economics; 1–3 years CRE experience preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills and experience building real estate valuation models.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Argus Enterprise and ArcGIS a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Assist in research and data compilation for appraisal reports.
- Conduct market surveys and verify property transaction details.
- Manage own caseload and see assignments through to completion.
- Collaborate with licensed senior appraiser to access databases and resources.
- Support real estate valuation and investment analysis.
