Qualifications

• General plumbing experience, especially in food retail and/or commercial facilities.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to handle changing scope and schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to completion.
• Proficient with Windows XP, MS Excel, CPC Ultrasite/Controllers, MS Outlook; able to learn Kroger mainframe apps.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean drains, repair and replace valves in toilets, and service commercial water heaters and related plumbing tasks.
• Complete and submit accurate time reporting and vehicle inventory using company systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expenses meet annual budget guidelines by account code.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
