Job summary

Lennox International is looking for an entry-level HVAC Technician based in Springfield, Missouri. In this role, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems for commercial customers. This position requires a high school diploma, HVAC trade school attendance, and 1+ years of mechanical support experience.

The salary range for this role is between $33,000 and $41,000 annually, depending on various factors. This hourly non-exempt role offers opportunities for overtime and various comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in mechanical support role, some hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance and routine repair after installation.
• Work in a team to share information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills

Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment

Education

High School diploma or GED

HVAC Trade school graduate

Tools

EPA Certification- Type I & Type II or Universal
