Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of a machine shop environment.
• Ability to use a caliper and basic measuring tools.
• Basic math skills for measuring parts and understanding dimensions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong team-player attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for upcoming jobs: Locate, measure, and organize cutting tools.
• Prepare raw materials and assist with machine set-ups.
• Monitor machine cycles and safely load and unload parts.
• Verify finished part dimensions using inspection tools such as calipers, OD micrometers, thread gages, and dial indicators.
• Operate a HAAS CNC mill. (We will train candidates with basic machine shop experience.)
• Perform basic post-machining tasks (deburring, cleaning, finishing).
• Keep your work area and CNC machines clean and well maintained
