Responsibilities

• Prepare for upcoming jobs: Locate, measure, and organize cutting tools.
• Prepare raw materials and assist with machine set-ups.
• Monitor machine cycles and safely load and unload parts.
• Verify finished part dimensions using inspection tools such as calipers, OD micrometers, thread gages, and dial indicators.
• Operate a HAAS CNC mill. (We will train candidates with basic machine shop experience.)
• Perform basic post-machining tasks (deburring, cleaning, finishing).
• Keep your work area and CNC machines clean and well maintained

Job description

We are looking for a CNC Operator/Helper to join our CNC department. This is an entry-level position with room to grow. You will work alongside experienced machinists,
supporting day-to-day shop operations while building your machining skills. We are willing to train the right candidate who shows initiative, follows directions, and keeps up
with shop workflow.

This role is a great fit for someone with basic machine shop experience who wants to develop into a skilled CNC operator.

Job Duties:

• Prepare for upcoming jobs: Locate, measure, and organize cutting tools
