• Able to read blueprints and GD&T to meet tolerances.
• Willing to set up and operate CNC centers and load programs.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers (3-4 axis), turning centers, and related equipment to manufacture parts.
• Read blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, and load programs to meet tolerances.
• Make basic edits at the control and update tool/work offsets as directed.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to verify part quality and maintain tolerance.
• Safely handle materials and operate cranes/hoists in accordance with EHS procedures.
• Apply shop math to support accuracy, cycle time, and process improvements.
• Meet rate targets, perform routine TPM, and support lean initiatives.
