You'll handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers, with uncapped commissions and strong training. This is a client-facing sales role designed for career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound sales experience required, cold calling experience preferred.
• Ambitious, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with clients via cold outreach and various platforms.
• Grow client base and implement sales plans to generate revenue.
• Lead client meetings to understand needs and tailor search strategies.
• Negotiate terms with new clients.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing.
