Job summary

Medpace, a leading life sciences CRO headquartered in Cincinnati, seeks an entry-level Research Coordinator to develop a foundational understanding of clinical research under physician and scientist mentorship.

You will gain exposure to Good Clinical Practice, assist in trials from start-up to close-out, and collaborate with sponsors and vendors to support study execution in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a rich understanding of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and drug development regulations relating to clinical trial conduct
• Contribute to the progression of clinical trials from study start-up through close-out across a broad range of therapeutic areas
• Collaborate across internal functions, sponsor companies, and vendors to support clinical trial execution and conduct
