Job summary

The OhioHealth Research Institute (OHRI) is seeking an entry-level, full-time Research Assistant to support clinical trials, regulatory, and research operations. You will assist coordinators, enter and abstract data, manage specimens, and help ensure quality and efficiency in study activities.

The role involves data collection, documentation, scheduling, archiving, and project support within the Heart & Vascular Research Clinical Services department. Day shifts, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support OHRI research operations and clinical trials.
• Assist with data entry, data abstraction, and specimen processing.
• Prepare and archive study documents and records.
• Support regulatory activities and IRB submissions as needed.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate project activities.
