The Elmer Agency in the United States recruits licensed life insurance professionals to guide families in selecting coverage and mortgage protection that fits their budget. You will connect with clients by phone and Zoom, tailor plans, and build lasting relationships while managing your own schedule.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours, no cold calls, commission-based pay with strong first-year potential, mentorship from senior agents, and clear paths to senior positions and leadership.

• Active Life & Health license or willingness to obtain one.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable working independently.
