Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1-2 years general clerical experience preferred.
• Client service experience preferred.
• Background in financial services is a plus.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS Office and paperwork processing.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain client accounts; process transfers.
• Assist advisors’ requests and address issues promptly.
• Work with advisors to obtain required documents for accounts.
• Communicate status of accounts to advisors and resolve issues as needed.
• Provide reports and information to Service Manager.
• Assist with workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
