Job summary

Kazi Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Customer Engagement Specialist in Chantilly, VA to drive sales growth and nurture client relationships. You will manage accounts, identify opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and collaboration with internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and CRM/MS Office proficiency, with travel as needed to engage customers and close deals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Engage with customers to complete sales.
Manage a portfolio of accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.
