You will connect virtually with families, conduct video consultations, guide clients through underwriting and policy placement, and receive turnkey training, group health options, lead systems, and incentive travel

Qualifications

• State Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Warm, professional communication skills for digital video platforms.
• Self-motivated with high accountability in a work-from-home setup.
• Service-first attitude focused on putting client interests at the center of every conversation.
• 4-day work week with schedule control.
