Job summary

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP Building Solutions) is seeking an entry-level plant helper to perform general clean-up and utility tasks at our manufacturing site. You will assist with sweeping, lawn maintenance, trash pickup, painting, and equipment cleaning under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, time management, and the ability to follow rules. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and no prior experience is required. Benefits are offered as part of the team.

Job Purpose

To provide general plant clean-up and utility services under daily direction.

In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Perform general clean-up and utility duties under daily direction from supervisor, including sweeping floors, cutting/mowing lawns, picking up trash, painting, cleaning equipment, etc.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
