Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Sherman, Texas.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, shoveling, and raking.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate small hand and power tools under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, including debris removal and material handling.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies diligently.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling work zones, including traffic control devices.
• Support skilled craft workers with their tasks as directed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
