The Mannik & Smith Group (MSG) is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm based in Maumee, OH seeking an Entry-Level Civil/Environmental Engineer focused on solid waste. You will start with fundamentals in civil, environmental, and geotechnical work and receive training to become fluent in solid waste design and permitting.

You’ll participate in Blueprint, MSG's early career leadership program, with six months of hands-on curriculum and a capstone event to map your yearly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Geotechnical coursework valued and encouraged.
• Curiosity and motivation to grow into a technical specialty.

Responsibilities

• Support solid waste design and permitting; learn landfill design and regulation basics.
• Contribute to solid waste construction oversight as projects move to field.
• Handle project work primarily across Ohio with growth into out-of-state opportunities.
