You will work with seasoned engineers to develop solutions for stormwater and green infrastructure projects while building a solid foundation for your career. The role covers hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, engineering design and modeling using industry‑standard software, thorough project documentation, and budgeting support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or near graduation) with minimum 3.0 GPA
• EI certification is required
• 0–4 years of experience in surface water hydrology and hydraulics preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM, and ArcGIS highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Hydrologic & Hydraulic Analysis – Conduct studies that support sustainable water management.
• Engineering Design & Modeling – Utilize industry‑leading software to develop engineering solutions.
• Project Documentation & Reporting – Assist in preparing technical reports and project plans.
• Construction Cost Estimating – Support project budgeting and planning efforts.
