Bohannan Huston, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to contribute to surface water engineering projects and learn through hands-on experience. You will assist with hydrologic analyses, design, and reporting on water resources initiatives.

Qualifications

• Academic Excellence – Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or within one semester of graduation) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Engineer Intern (EI) certification is required; 0-4 years of experience in surface water hydrology and hydraulics is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency – Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM, and ArcGIS is highly desirable.
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Problem-Solving Mindset – A self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to innovate.
• Commitment to Professional Growth – A proactive learner who welcomes feedback and continuously seeks improvement.
