Job summary

DB Sterlin seeks an Engineer Associate I to perform basic engineering duties across civil projects, including roadways, utilities, sewers, and bridges. You will prepare schematics, models, and analyses under close supervision, contributing to plans, specs, and estimates.

We value teamwork and basic communication skills, with exposure to Bentley OpenRoads Design, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and the Bentley suite. Travel and field work are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required or equivalent.
• Engineer-in-Training Certificate preferred.
• Foundational engineering concepts and basic design skills expected.
• Mentored development with close supervision and task-level guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design of roadways, utilities, sewers and bridges.
• Prepare schematics and models and perform analyses and calculations.
• Support development of designs, specs, and estimates for projects.
• Participate in construction management and field coordination.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and deadlines.
