Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• 0 to 1 year of post-education experience.
• Excellent research skills with an analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with design/build concepts.
• Familiarity with civil construction laws and codes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Proactive self-leadership with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic proficiency with technical writing and office tools.
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies.
• Ability to work beyond typical hours and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from sites, surveys, GIS data, and maps.
• Engineer transmission projects up to 765 kV.
• Support the initial project execution layout and planning.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Follow QA/QC procedures.
• Develop transmission line design expertise (PLS-CADD, structures, foundations, drawings).
• Travel to field as needed.
• Assist with site condition assessments and compliance with regulations.
• Provide entry-level engineering support on design requirements.
• Generate complete documentation using drawings and logs.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Complete training on assigned tasks.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
