Lamp Rynearson Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Design Group. You will assist with planning and design of civil projects for residential, commercial, educational, and municipal infrastructure, under the guidance of senior staff.

Qualifications

• Final year student in an accredited engineering program.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
• Strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and preparation of engineering plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support project planning and design.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses for stormwater and utilities.
• Prepare reports, exhibits, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, PMs, and clients.
• Participate in field visits and site observations.
• Gain experience with municipal standards and permitting.
• Contribute to project solutions under mentorship.
