Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to grow within a 100% employee-owned firm. You will assist with design, drafting, data collection, and fieldwork on municipal and infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to project success.

The role emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and ownership in a diverse team environment. A Bachelor’s in civil engineering with internship exposure and an EIT pathway are preferred,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related field.
• Relevant internship experience preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the design and drafting of municipal and civil engineering projects.
• Support project managers with data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
• Conduct field inspections, surveys, and construction observation.
• Prepare technical documents, cost estimates, and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide high-quality solutions for clients.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to established schedules and budgets.
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction.
