GPD is currently seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer in our Atlanta, GA office to coordinate design for multi-site programs with national clients.

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preference for passing the FE Exam.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest or experience in navigating entitlement approvals such as planning, zoning, and review boards.
• Experience or interest in preparing site due diligence studies.
• Desire to work on multi-site development projects.
• Ability to create site plans following client and local codes.
• Ability to read and understand site construction drawings.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at different stages.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, meetings, and inspections.

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking and reporting on projects.
• Developing site sketches and plans.
• Visiting potential sites and preparing due diligence reports.
• Supporting design teams and external partners.
• Assisting with entitlement and permit processes.
• Participating in preconstruction meetings and providing construction administration.
