Responsibilities

• Maintains dockets and records with case files.
• Enters complaints, petitions, summonses, and updates to case information.
• Answers incoming calls and provides routine information.
• Performs general case intake duties and docket entries.
• Performs cashiering duties and processes payments.
• Compiles statistics on cases and processing activities.
