Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a production operator to manage dry liner processing and resin liner packaging. You will operate and monitor technical equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the shift.

You will set up machines, observe for malfunctions, and assist with repairs while maintaining organization and documentation of produced goods. The role requires a GED and valid driver’s license, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.
  • Familiar with manufacturing software and basic computer usage.
  • Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up machines according to production instructions.
  • Independently assure quality requirements.
  • Monitor production to detect malfunctions early.
  • Correct minor malfunctions and support major repairs.
  • Maintain clean and safe work area and operate equipment safely.
  • Package and document goods according to requirements.
  • Perform shift handover.
