  • Support chemical blending, material transfers and other batch manufacturing activities.
  • Collect in process samples and learn to use basic testing instruments.

  • Maintain an organized work area and speak up immediately when something does not look safe or correct.

What will help you succeed

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of consistent work experience in manufacturing, warehousing, production, construction, automotive service, food processing, the military or another hands on environment.

  • Earn $20 to $25 per hour, with starting pay based on relevant experience and transferable skills.
  • Build a skilled career through structured training and progression into blending, reactor and advanced chemical operations.
  • Receive medical coverage supported by an employer funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement and access to a Health Savings Account under the current plan design.
  • Under current plan terms, the employer funded HRA & HSA can reduce a covered family's annual in network out of pocket maximum responsibility to $2,600.
  • Access additional company benefits including paid time off and a 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Work on a small site where your contribution is visible and employees can learn across multiple processes.
  • Benefit eligibility, reimbursements and employee costs are governed by the applicable plan documents. Bonus payments are based on plan terms and company performance.
