Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking entry-level truck drivers starting from training with pay. You’ll train with an experienced mentor for 4 to 6 weeks, receive orientation pay, then advance to a solo role with guaranteed weekly pay and miles.

The program emphasizes home time every two weeks and eastbound freight with defined routes. As you settle in, expect steady weekly earnings, a late-model fleet, and benefits after 30 days including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, at least 120 hours CDL school.
• Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years.
• Military considered with DD214.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months.
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years.
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history.

Step One: Training

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced mentor
• $650 a week while you learn
• $300 orientation pay, bus fare reimbursed

Step Two: Solo

• $1,000 a week guaranteed for 3 months
• 1,800 to 2,900 miles a week
• $15 for every extra stop

Step Three: Settle In

• Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,800
• Home every two weeks
• Freight east of Denver, no Northeast

The Truck

• Late model Freightliners, about 1.5 years old on average
• Automatic and 10 speed
