NIS EXPRESS is seeking new CDL holders to train on the road with a real trainer, earning a weekly paycheck while you learn. You will eventually run dry van freight up and down the East Coast with home time every two weeks.

The program includes 4–6 weeks of road training, $850/week during training, $1,000/week guaranteed for the first 3 months solo, and weekly pay with performance bonuses. Expect 2,500 miles per week in a primarily eastern network.

Formación

• OTR driving experience is preferred.
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years; no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical.

Responsabilidades

• Train on the road with an experienced trainer.
• Drive dry van freight along the East Coast, mostly within the East.
• Home every two weeks.
• About 2,500 miles per week, mostly drop and hook.
