Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring drivers for East Coast dry van freight with a home schedule every two weeks and trips mostly east of the Mississippi. Training pays $850 per week, with guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months solo. Start pay is $0.55 per mile, rising to $0.65 with experience, with average weekly pay between $1,200 and $1,700.

Qualifications

• 21+, valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours CDL school.
• Trainees welcome; 6 months in last 12 months or 12 months in last 5 years.
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years; no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.
• Hair and urine drug test; 3 years verifiable work history.

Responsibilities

• Haul East Coast dry van freight with home every two weeks.
• 1,900–2,300 miles per week; loads are drop and hook plus live loads.
• Late model Freightliners; maintain safety and logs.
