Job summary

Citi is hiring for an entry-level Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 in Irving, TX. The role focuses on moderately complex cash management and trade processing tasks, coordinating with the Transaction Services team to support project needs and deliver timely results.

The position requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, basic cash management processing know-how, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in cash management or transaction services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash management operations, such as cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Aid with processing firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and training initiatives; train new team members and lower level personnel.
• Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses.
• Assist with cash & trade operational project needs.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Applies judgement and decision-making in day-to-day work with limited supervision, including evaluating situations, resolving issues, and identifying appropriate courses of action based on experience and established guidelines.
• Ensuring effective execution of administrative activities within the function by driving consistency, quality, and timeliness of outputs.
• Applying domain expertise and advanced analytical capability to deliver outputs aligned with established standards and professional benchmarks.
