Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be at least 21 years old on date of application.
• Be a US citizen and have a valid driver's license.
• Have good moral character as determined by investigation.
• Criminal history disclosure form must be completed.
• No felony conviction on record.
• Consent to release records for background check.
• Fingerprint sample submission for history check.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Determine if abuse or neglect occurred, assess risk and safety plans.
• Maintain case files and documentation; prepare for and testify in court.
• Interview involved parties and collect information (records, exams, etc.).
• Conduct face-to-face visits with children, families, and providers.
• Coordinate visitation and transport children to appointments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with team members.
