Job summary

Trove Home Care in Charlottesville, VA is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in the community. You don’t need prior certification, as we offer a 40-hour virtual Personal Care Aide training program to get you started.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with active auto insurance.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Background check and MVR screening required.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to appointments and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing.
• Perform transfers between bed and chair.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.

What You’ll Do
