Job summary

Samaritan Health Services seeks a dedicated Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab clinician to deliver comprehensive rehabilitative care for patients with heart and lung conditions. You will design and oversee individualized exercise programs and monitor responses during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities include assessing physiologic responses, intervening in emergencies, and providing education on disease management and health promotion within a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Exercise Physiology is required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS is required upon hire.
• ACLS is required within 90 days of hire.
• ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitative care for cardiovascular and pulmonary disease patients.
• Prescribe and supervise individual exercise programs and classes.
• Assess physiologic responses to exercise and intervene in emergencies.
• Deliver health teaching and promotion to participants.
