Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; prepare patients and provide education.
• Select, optimize, and acquire appropriate echocardiographic imaging views.
• Identify normal and abnormal cardiac structures and cardiac function findings.
• Document, report, and transmit study results accurately and in accordance with standards.
• Maintain safety practices, perform quality control, and ensure proper equipment care.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient evaluation and continuity of care.
