Stevenson Systems, INC. seeks a CAD Measurement Specialist to maintain accurate as-built building measurements and calculation data as occupancy evolves. You will draft, interpret, and apply BOMA standards while ensuring client-specific requirements are met, with emphasis on precision and timely delivery.

You will work with production, QA/QC, and project management to maintain quality and efficiency, contributing to continuous workflow improvements and professional growth within the team.

Formación

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting and architectural drawing interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy for measurements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Apply BOMA standards to measure and calculate new occupant leases based on client requests.
• Maintain as-built floor plans using client-provided materials.
• Polyline and demised area calculations per BOMA methodologies.
• Identify discrepancies between as-built CAD and client docs and resolve.
• Support creation of BOMA reports, area summaries, and deliverables.
