Compensation

$17.00 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive to shop or job site on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions given by project manager.
• Follow Trustpoints on every job.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Track tools and keep job place organized.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently (clients want us out of their home as soon as possible).
• Restore wood cabinets in the home.
• Paint cabinet doors and boxes.
• Redo and reface cabinets.
• Install new custom cabinets.

Skills

• Stellar work ethic.

• Must be able to match colors (cannot be color blind).
• Able to drill for hinges.
• Use of saws, power tools, paint sprayers, etc.
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts.
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets.
• Willing to learn and be trainable.

Preferred Experiences (Not Required)

• Prior experience in cabinet refacing.
• Ability to properly cut and install crown molding.
• Experience in painting cabinets using HPLV systems.
• Experience in wood restoration.
