Kitchen Tune Up Buffalo NY is looking for an experienced carpenter/cabinet installer to join our team in Rapid City, Michigan. You will be responsible for installing cabinets and countertops, ensuring a stellar work ethic, and following detailed instructions on site.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, along with various employee benefits including discounts and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to install all types of trim and cabinet accessories.
• Able to accurately modify cabinetry and countertops.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to job site on time in logo‑d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions given by the project manager.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed).

• Follow instructions given by the project manager.
• Follow Trustpoints on every job.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed).

• Able to install cabinetry and countertops.
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts.
• Able to install roll‑out trays in cabinets.
• Able to install all types of trim and cabinet accessories.
• Able to accurately modify cabinetry and countertops.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Preferred but Not Required Skills

• Prior experience in cabinet refacing.
• Prior experience in cutting and installing all types of moldings.
• Prior experience in drywall repairs/painting.
• Prior experience in flooring installation.
• Prior experience in tile installation.

Compensation

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
