Kitchen Tune-Up Tucson/Marana is seeking a Cabinet Repair Artist to work on kitchen cabinet projects in Tucson, Marana and surrounding areas. This part‑time position requires approximately 3–4 days per week with an initial pay of $17 per hour, increasing after a 90‑day probationary period. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a career in cabinet repair and restoration.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to job sites on time wearing the branded shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow a repair checklist to restore wood cabinets and other wood surfaces by color matching and reconditioning finishes.
• Adhere to instructions from the project manager and Kitchen Tune-Up’s customer service Trustpoints on every project.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and keep track of tools.
• Communicate daily with the project manager regarding progress.
• Work efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
• Travel as required to Tucson, Marana and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Stellar work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Friendliness and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Ability to color‑match; color blindness is disqualifying.
• Proficiency with a tape measure; familiarity with fractions is a plus.
