Frontier Door & Cabinet, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Buyer I in El Paso, TX. This on-site role requires learning our purchasing processes, ERP system, and product lines for doors and millwork. Training is provided, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred to communicate with vendors.

The position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to work with a team in a manufacturing environment where timing matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in an administrative, clerical, customer service, or similar support role preferred — but we will consider any combination of education and relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track purchase orders in Agility ERP.
• Compare deliveries against purchase orders and resolve differences.
• Maintain organized purchasing records.
• Research vendors and gather pricing/availability information.
• Communicate with vendors by phone/email in English and Spanish as needed.
• Learn product specifications of doors, millwork, frames, hardware and other building products.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry for operations.
• Support with small purchasing projects as directed.
