Job summary

Frontier Door & Cabinet, Inc. seeks an entry-level Buyer I for full-time, on-site work in El Paso, TX. No purchasing experience is required; we will train you to manage products, vendors, and our ERP system. You will learn our doors and millwork, while supporting day-to-day purchasing tasks.

You will enter and track orders, verify deliveries, maintain records, and assist with vendor pricing and availability. English/Spanish communication will be used as needed, under guidance from senior Buyers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of admin/clerical or similar experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• No prior purchasing experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track purchase orders in Agility ERP.
• Compare deliveries against purchase orders and flag differences.
• Maintain organized purchasing records.
• Help Buyers research vendors and price/availability.
• Communicate with vendors in English and Spanish.
• Learn product specs of doors, millwork, frames, hardware.
• Support purchasing with administrative tasks.
