Job summary

Central Bakery in Minnesota is seeking an entry-level baker to learn scratch bread baking. This year-round, long-term role offers on-the-job training and involvement in all bread production steps from mixing to shipping.

Candidates must be at least 18, available 10am–8pm, and able to work 24–40 hours per week. Experience is not required; you should be a self-starter who can work without supervision and maintain clean, safe working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of bread production, including mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and shipping.
• Maintain a safe, clean workstation and observe food safety/sanitation standards.
• Able to lift/carry 5–50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Demonstrate reliability and work without supervision when appropriate.
