Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Fergus Falls, Minnesota is seeking a Production Associate to join the bakery production team. This entry-level role focuses on safely operating equipment, packaging products, and contributing to the production of fresh baked goods that meet quality standards.

You will learn Good Manufacturing Practices, support line movements, and participate in trainings and audits. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends and holidays;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work nights, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered machinery safely and efficiently.
• Package products and mix ingredients as required.
• Move and stack materials and equipment used in production.
• Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications.
• Participate in training, audits, and maintain GMP and food safety standards.
