Peak Toolworks is seeking an entry-level Brazer I / Machinist I to join our manufacturing team. You will perform basic brazing and machining operations, inspect finished parts, and follow engineering drawings and work instructions to ensure quality and safety.

You will use lathes, mills, drill presses, saws, and grinders, with emphasis on learning brazing processes and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This role offers growth in a high-impact tooling company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing/machining/brazing exposure preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and torch brazing of metal components per specifications.
• Set up and operate basic machine shop equipment (lathes, mills, drill presses, saws, grinders).
• Machine components to specified dimensions using proper tooling.
• Read blueprints and process sheets to guide work.
• Maintain safe and organized work area with 5S principles.
